Lets just call it mate's rates Sarah. 2.30 is about perfect as it'll give me a good chance to get Max knackered in the morning and also beat the rush hour traffic down to Bangor on Friday afternoon and by the time I'm done it should be quiet on the roads again.
I might even organise it so I pop round to my brothers for dinner.
I'll let you know how I'm fixed regarding the waxing and massage but I'd prefer to tone up before then just so you don't think I'm a lardy git. Nevertheless that won't happen over 7 days so I might as well just go ahead with it and maybe it'll give me the incentive to get back to the gym after 10 years.
