Glenn...
Posted On 24/06/2008 11:11:12 by CathyPeas

A few months ago, me and my fiance (can't do accents on this computer!) had a commercial shoot with the theme of mental health and depression. You may have seen some of the photos I uploaded.

The tog emailed me this morning and said we had sold one to be published in Time magazine. The novice only went and got published!

So here's the link:

It's only up for a month, but still I'm dead proud and thought I'd share the joy!

Brilliant!.....and always a nice feeling when you get published!......A mark of recognition and something to boost  the confidence and spirit!.

So.... he was a dark horse!!

Thorsten is right.  Long term work is in editorial, lifestyle and advertising....it is ageless too.

Have to say I'm a wee bit jealous and he's totally rubbing my face in it. He's renamed himself 'the famous mentalist'

Excellent!

In spite of some people arguing to the contrary, I still happen to believe that lifestyle, editorial, advertising or fashion images stand a far higher chance of being published than glamour or nude images.

- Thorsten.

P.S. - Keycode Alt-0233 will get you the accented e in fiancé, but it won't display right on folio32.
