I've had 3 irate(ish) people contact me about not responding to their e-mails.
After a bit of digging I found they all had Hotmail accounts and after a further bit of digging found that it was only my Ireland on Line account was not receiving them so .........

If you have a Hotmail account AND were sending me an email to my IOL account please send it here instead.

If anyone knows why this might be happening, I would appreciate the information because IOL support aren't exactly clambering over their desks to respond to my request for help.

I have one, and a hotmail account, and an eircom and 2 accounts at Cluas.com.

The point is that my IOL account is over 15 years old and is embedded into more transaction accounts - Ebay, Amazon, 7dayshop, etc., than I care to think about.  It is my main email account and the people who "look after it" - aren't.

I use the forward mail option on my accounts to send notification or the actual mail to my IOL account.

The issue is actually that my IOL e-mail address is the one I have used for the last 15 years on application forms all over the Internet.  I don't want to have to abandon it because of IOL and, anyway, it has sentimental value!

IOL have washed their hands of it and Hotmail aren't responding to my requests for help.

I'll keep plugging!
