I f*cking HATE firefox.

I've posted the simple code fix to resolve the issue at length in the past, Safari itself has gone through millions of revisions since the original javascript file that creates the error was written. Can we just for once and for all have someone please edit the line that needs fixing.

Or is this place just trying to be anti Mac?

This is the file that gives the error:

Open this file located at http://folio32.com/design/tinymce/tiny_mce.js

 Search for this string

('safari_warning',true))

and edit the word true and put false in instead.

I can't be any clearer than that.

Replied.

The fact that the file is a standard file made by someone other than the site creator, means that the site creators will only ever bundle this same file in. It's up to the site owners/webmaster to make the change.

I'd like to say that Brendan has mentioned the issues to me and it really depends on the people who develop the software that runs the site.

If you are using Safari on either Mac or PC  (I'm on a Mac), then please add your voice to this request.

Safari is the only cross platform browser with colour management built in, and for that reason alone should be important to photographers.

Wouldn't it make more sense to contact the developers of the TinyMCE Content Editor which is the component in the site software that is causing the issue? They are obviously aware of problems in conjunction with Safari as they mention this on their compatibility chart.

Then again, given the fact that TinyMCE is Open Source software, then if we have any SW developers here maybe they might consider taking on the task.
