Hi Collen you need to resize the picture so that the longest side is about 100 pixels

if you don't have any software to do this, and if the pic you want as your profile is in your portfolio, tell me which one it is and I will resize it for you, also email me with your email address so I can send it to you

Easiest thing EVER! Just upload foto, choose about 600 / 760 options for size and then choose BEST quality (you can even make it black & white if you want).

I had same picture, i had to resize my pics. When you right click your image, it should give the option to resize. It will say large, medium small. Well ignore them theyre still too big! There should be an advanced option, and go to custom size, i kept trying until they fit on! I got it to work when i said it was to fit on an 1000x800 screen.
