I entered the Belfast Heat & got through to the Top7:) But then they picked 2girls to go through from the top7 and needless to say I wasn't one of these and they were 2 girls signed to Alison Campbell!
I was very disappointed as It was so clearly fixed, one girl knew from the start she was getting through by the way she acted, she wasn't nervous just walked about like she had no cares in the world. The other was a complete Bimbo, with a very unsuitable dress on and I thought they wanted smart girls with good backgrounds and good hopes for the future to go through but that is not the 2 that went through.
It was very long & dragged out & my cheeks were in spasm by the end(no joke) from smiling for 4hours constant!!!LOL.
it was a good experience but If your not 5ft9 a size 10 and signed to ACA then I would say- don't bother!
2 togs came over at the end along with the presenter of the night & said that they all had their vote on me & one other lovely wee girl to go through as they thought we were most suitable but one gut went on to tell me that Alison has the names of the 2 girls who win at the start of the night (she isn't even a judge, she just runs the night) so it just shows you that the 8 judges who interview you and mark you on personality etc really have no say at all.
