I agree and disagree. And apologies for going off-topic... Sometimes there's a middle ground. Both parties might be interested in a particular genre but have no specific ideas at that moment in time. Sometimes it's fun to be spontaneous and to do a tfcd and see what happens when two people bounce ideas off each other. Like maybe it's a Sunday afternoon and you just gotta shoot

You've lost me Shane? Spontaneity has nothing to do with payment? Lets say someone wanted to shoot on a Sunday afternoon, I'm sure they weren't expecting a model to pay them, I'm pretty sure they'd be more than willing to pay the model. - If a model wants photos, pay for them or work TFx
- If a photographer wants a model, pay for one or work TFx
- If a model wants images as well as pay, it's taking the p*ss

Firstly, thank you Presence for understanding what exactly was put on my post.
As far as I am concerned, TFCD/P is included in rates. What I simply meant was that if I had to drive to the other end of the country, a little help with petrol money or a simple thing like that would be nice. Hence, why I asked to me mailed to discuss an agreement as every shoot is different.
Second of all, the post was to say I am available for a particular week if any was available and not to discuss the rates of a model or what I did right wrong. I have had great response to my post by interested photographers and photographers interested in my ideas.
And last but not least, if any other photographer is interested in a TFP/CD shoot please contact me. At present, Monday and Tuesday morning are now filled in Dublin so Monday, Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday are available.
The post below this is from a model advertising that she has rates so why have I been publically attacked for presenting an idea. The post was an advertisement, not a debate on rates of pay so please do not respond to give out, instead, create your own discussion post.
Thanks,
Lisa

Just home from a shoot with the lovely Lisa and despite the horrible weather she was professional from start to finish not to mention a lovely personality, so I cant see what certain people are moaning about when all she was doing was putting a notice on the board that she was available, after is that not what this forum is for or maybe I'm missing something. You could do a lot worse that to book her for a shoot.
