My two pet hates, spider fingers and elbows........however......this works as it's posed and shot well...
I'd be tempted just to crop the bottom to below the fingers though......

You can get a good idea of someone's lighting by looking at the reflections in the eyes........ Looks like the reflector to the right hand side has not been able to fill the harsh shadow of the eye lid. Really like the direct eye contact but with this lighting one eye is a lot brighter than the other and I find myself drawn to comparing one eye to the other.....

Regular members here will not be surprised at my suggestion about the posing of hands.....lol I'd suggest not using the "L" shape with the index finger and thumb. If the wrist was bent and only the side of the hand showing it wouldn't take up as much "interest" in the image. I'd ask if the other han... I'd ask if the other hand was really necessary to be included in this image and would a different crop help..... On the plus side I really like the eye contact with the nose "looking" at me too....
