I'm supposed to have a shoot with Kim Bale tomorrow. 

Now anyone that's seen me knows I'm ... .err.. fat. But, I've been going to the gym to try and loose weight. On Mon I did some bench press work, along with my normal bike/cross trainer/threadmill and stomach routines. 

Unfortunately I can hardly bend my arms now.. So I've had to cancel the shoot. It sounds like a really bad excuse though! I can type okay 'cos it doesn't require tight arm bending!

I'm also going to the Saltess Saturday, so hopefully I'm a bit better by then :(

Nah. I'll be there in the morning, just for the cardio machines.. No arm work though, and stinking of Deep Heat.. 

I've been at it for a month now, so the tearing is normal by now, but this was really overexertion.. 'Come on now.. another 2, yeah, now another and another'...

lol I shouldnt laugh, been there, done that and wear the T-Shirt with pride. It's called getting old mate and your not as young as you once were. cant help but laugh as I know what its like, a good session in the gym, you go home, go to sleep and sometime during the night Mike Tyson sneaks in and beats the sh*t out of you.

Take it easy and forget the gym for a while

Actually Ross, i was about to edit the post to include what's wrong.. I've pulled the tricep muscies in both arms, but really badly in the left arm. 

Don't get me wrong, I did body building when I was much younger. This isn't about pain from working out, i've no problems with that, par for the course. My training buddy john was pushing me well hard and I've done some damage above and beyond the normal muscle tear.
