Mid life crisis
Posted On: 28/10/2007 20:23:05

Oh god, think i'm having one!

I'm not one for being dramAtic but you know you're getting old when all your friends are out partying and you're at home ironing and drinking your way through a case of Kronenbourg 64! I'm normally not much of a drinker but with the week i've had i bloody need it.

My precious darling of a boyfriend left the water in the sink running for half an hour last night and the downstairs of my house is now like a swamp! and I've only had my home insurance for two weeks :oS they're going to think we're dodgy cunts! Ha.

Our car also got burnt out in random arsons (for the second time this year, i may add) on Thurs night so i'm really peeved.. But i suppose that's what you get when you buy a house in West Belfast.

But sure, i'm going to be a rich and famous model soon so all will be okay..

BLAH..

awk no way, my boyfriends friend, and my auntie have both had their cars burnt out in the last two months or so, its not nice.

in relation to the running water, and the feather business, its usually my fault when things like that happen between us lol blonde brain strikes again when i wash al of my boyfriends clothes when he was in the shower, leaving him wearing no socks and a pair of my boxers if picked up in primark (so comfy)

hope the insurance and midlife crisis gets sorted missy!

xx

Oh well, look on the bright side - you'll get your extra hour tonight instead

And Alicia, didn't anyone tell you it's a bad idea to drink and iron - just imagine the state of your clothes if you put Kronenbourg into your steam iron instead of water! On the other hand, I guess it would mean that you could suck your clothes for the whole week which might be a good idea if you anticipate having another rough week

Funny Paul, i always wonder what i'd do and buy if I won the Lottery but the ironic thing is that i've never actually purchased a single lottery ticket!

And thanks but don't worry about me- i'm very thick skinned, takes a lot to get me  down. Plus, it's the other half that deals with the insurance malarky  lol

uh chicken thats terrible about the house!!  robs never really done anything like that-well apart from putting a feather pillow in the machine on a wayyyy too hot wash one night and when i loked in, theres were ???in feathers everywhere-needless to say the machine was blocked and we spent half the night grabbing handfuls of soggy feathers out of it lol!!

and i can empathise with the drinking-although the ironing can wait!!  robs away at the mo-ALL my mates are coupled up and dont want me third wheeling it so there i was sitting last night with some ??? telly and a bottle of paul mason lol-after all that wine i forgot to turn my alarm clock back and missed my hour in bed, arrrggg!!

WOW, sorry to hear.  Sounds like you're having a very rough time right now. Can't be easy, especially trying to deal with insurance companies.

Hopefully though things will get better for you. Maybe you'll win the lottery or Euroe Millions (but only after I win it )
