Ok. Right. How about we all do this - I challenge you all to, for a week, actually leave an honest comment on the pictures and images you don't like, don't particularly like, or see room for improvement.

Rules: Be honest and give useful detailed feedback. Don't be mean.

This way, I think we all could learn from eachother, if we see what is wrong with the images. New TOGs and models are going to learn nothing from people saying positive things about crappy images - not to mention people with more experience.

If it doesn't work, then we can all revert to the old way of only commenting on good images (which is what I usually unless I know the person or have been asked for my opinion), or leaving complementary comments on images that are blatantly crap.
