ouch!
Posted On: 26/11/2007 14:05:10

Hi folks...

I am back... had a little accident out jogging last Sunday, ended up breaking my arm in 3 places and ended up in hospital for 5 days! Who says keep fit is good for you?

Many thanks to Brendan for keeping this ship afloat in my absence and to the many messages of support received - really appreciated!

I will keep this short as the pain relief drugs give me the attention span of a goldfish!

Cheers

P

Gerald- Do i look like a kind of 'track shoes' girl?? Anyway it's much better for the legs to run in 4inch heels, accentuates the calf muscle. You should try it some day Paul you never know u might like it lol!

Paul, didn't anyone tell you you're supposed to run with your legs. Your arms just aren't made for that sort of pressure. although fair play to you for trying to run on your hands. Bet you won't be trying that again anytime soon.

Hope the breaks heal quickly and that your back on your arms (er, I mean feet ) real soon!

- Thorsten.
