I take it this is a "Gold Jewellery" product shoot..??? The image has been softened but not the ear and the ear ring.... If this is so, then do you have an image with the "model" not looking directly at the camera??
We will always be drawn to peoples eyes, especially if they are looking at you. If the person in a photograph is not looking directly at you then you can"check out" what they are wearing (or not) and they can't "see" you doing it.
