I tried everything.. i want to lighten the face, but i cant feather it..! didnt see the hands... im on it!!!!!!!!

Nice idea Nadia, though I feel the it lacks sharpness, the forground blurred is fine as this can be the effct of depth of field, but add the soften of the skin, it lacks punch and the hand is burnt out abit, with some more photoshop it could work,
